Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF JANUARY <br />7, 2003. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />None <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />(1) Authorize the Award of the Architectural Design Contract for the Repair/Renovation of City <br />Hall to Kwang Cook and Associates in the Amount Not -to -Exceed $49,945, and Authorize <br />the City Manager to Execute the City's Model Architectural Services Agreement with any <br />Minor Changes Approved by the City Manager and City Attorney as Appropriate; Authorize <br />an Allocation of $49,945 from General Fund CIP Reserve Account, Transferring Funds <br />from Budgetary Savings in other CIP Projects. <br />City Engineer Amer Jahker presented an overview of item for consideration and requested <br />approval of staffs recommendation. <br />
