ORDINANCE NO. 891 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON CREATING AND ESTABLISHING A CITY MANAGER FORM OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE CITY OF COLTON, DEFINING THE AUTHORITY, POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE CITY MANAGER AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERLTJITH. The People of the City of Colton do ordain as follows: SECTION I: Office of the City Manager created. The office of the City Manager of the City of Colton is hereby created and established. The City Manager shall be appointed for an indefinite term and shall be removable at the pleasure of at least a majority of the members of the City Council upon the adoption of a resolution so stating in the following manner, to wit: A. At any time from the effective date of appointment, to and including a period of six months thereafter, and at any time from the date of any general municipal election, to and including a period of ninety days there after, by reason of any one or more of the following only: 1. Conviction at any time of a felony. 2. Conviction at any time of a crime prescribed by Statute and being applicable to municipal corporations. 3. For any reason whatsoever by resolution adopted by the unanimous vote of all members of the City Council. B. At any time subsequent to six months after the effective appointment and subsequent to ninety days after the date of general municipal election, by reason of any one or more of the following, only: 1. Conviction at any time of a felony. 2. Conviction at any time of a crime prescribed by Statute as being applicable to municipal corporations. 3. For any reason whatsoever by resolution adopted by the unanimous vote of all members of the City Council. 4. For any reason whatsoever by resolution adopted by the affirmative vote of at least a majority of all members of the City Council after a resQlution of
