2021 FEBRUARY 22 SPEC MTNG JOINT CC/RECREATION & PARKS COMMISSION 1 <br />JOINT SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY, <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY, <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />AND <br />THE RECREATION & PARKS COMMISSION <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />February 22, 2021 <br /> <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given a Special Meeting of the City Council City of <br />Colton/Colton Utility Authority/Colton Public Financing Authority and Colton Housing <br />Authority and the Recreation & Parks Commission was held on the above given date at 6:00 <br />p.m., in the City Hall, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Mayor Navarro and Chairperson Ramirez <br />presiding. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Cisneros, Koperski, González, Echevarria, Suchil, and Mayor <br />Navarro; Absent Councilmember Toro (excused). Also present were City Manager Smith, City <br />Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br />(All members of the City Council accessed the Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or City Hall <br />work station.) <br /> <br />RECREATION & PARKS COMMISSION ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners present were Corral, Hernandez, Calderon, Salas, Carter and Chairperson <br />Ramirez; Absent Commissioner Rivas. <br /> (All members of the City Council accessed the Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or City Hall <br />work station.) <br /> <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE MEETING OF <br />FEBRUARY 22, 2021. <br /> <br />GIFT DISCLOSURES <br />Mayor Navarro asked the members/commissioners present if there were any agenda items that <br />were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030.
