2021 MAY 05 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA SPECIAL MEETING - 1 - CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES May 5, 2020 A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held at 5:02 p.m. on the above- given date in City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, Mayor Navarro presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on May 3, 2021, in compliance with Government Code Section 54954.2. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were Toro, Mayor Pro Tem Cisneros, Koperski, González, Echevarria, Suchil, and Mayor Navarro. (All members of the City Council accessed the Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or City Hall work station.) STAFF PRESENT City Manager Smith and City Clerk Padilla (All staff members accessed the Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or City Hall work station.) MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF MAY 5, 2021. GIFT DISCLOSURES Mayor Navarro asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS Mayor Navarro asked the members present if there were any brief reports on meetings attended at the expense of the City. (GC Section 53232.3(d). None disclosed. PUBLIC COMMENT None DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Fiscal Year 2021-22 Budget Workshop #2 City Manager Smith announced presentation will begin with response from Direction to Staff items from Budget Workshop #1 held on April 28, 2021; asked councilmembers to wait until the full presentation is completed to ask questions. CM Suchil if there is no objection to Mayor and Councilmembers present to review the follow up items from Budget Workshop #1, no objection received.
