I RESOLUTION NO. R-05-01 <br />2 <br />3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AMENDING RESOLUTION R-14-99 <br />4 REVISING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDER <br />STANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE POLICE <br />5 DISPATCHER/RECORDS CLERK UNIT (CWA) AND <br />6 THE CITY OF COLTON <br />7 <br />8 WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the results of meetings <br />9 <br />between representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the Police <br />10 <br />11 <br />Dispatcher/Records Clerk Unit (CWA) held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. <br />— <br />12 Seq.- <br />13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding, <br />14 marked Exhibits "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and <br />15 <br />adopted hereby. <br />16 <br />17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective <br />18 as of July 1, 2000, contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />19 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2001. <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 DEIRDRE H.
