Kenny, Parks, Recreation & Family Services Director <br />SUBJECT: Use of Fleming Park & Band Shell by Mission of Love Church, <br />for a Church Service and Picnic Sunday, April 15, 2001, from <br />7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. <br />DATE: March 26, 2001 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Mission of Love Church is requesting the use of Fleming Park & Band Shell for a <br />church service and picnic, on Sunday, April 15, 2001. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />The setting at Fleming Park & Band Shell will create a nice background for this special <br />event. Expected attendance is 80 adults and 50 youth. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />This is a non-scheduled workday for all city staff and there will be minimal financial <br />impact involving staff hours. Since the Parks, Recreation & Family Services Department <br />maintains the park, staff time expended will be covered from the existing 2000/2001 <br />budget.
