That after a determination of public interest <br /> 11 and convenience it is the intention of the. City Council of <br /> 12 said City of Colton to order the following work to be done or <br /> 13 improvement to be made in the City of Colton, to-wit: <br /> 14 The construction of certain curb and gutter, cross <br /> 15 gutter, sidewalk and asphaltic paving on portions of <br /> 16 "A" Street between the following limits: <br /> 17 From 10th Street to Sordwsll Avenue. <br /> 18 The estimated cost of said work, including incidental <br /> 19 expenses, is the sum of $5,440.00. <br /> 20 Section 2. That all the said work shall be constructed <br /> 21 at the grades. along the lines, between the points, of the <br /> 22 diammaions, at the places and in the manner shown on the plans <br /> 23 for the said work, designated "Plan Itz,e 1460°, and in accordance <br /> 24 with the specifications fox said work which are designated <br /> 25 "Specifications No. 54$s. Said plans and specifications have <br /> 26 heretofore been approved by the City Council of the City of <br /> 27 Colton and are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the <br /> 28 City of Colton in the City Hall in said City of Colton. and <br /> 29 reference is hereby made to said plans and specifications for <br /> 30 the full and detailed description of said proposed work and for <br /> 31 a description of the grades at which said work is to be dose. <br /> 32 Section 3• That in the opinion of the City Council the <br /> I I <br />
