GLICKMAN, Date: 3/16/93 <br />INTERIM PUBLIC WORKS R/CITY ENGINEER <br />SUBJECT: CONSENT TO ORDER THE PREPARATION OF THE ANNUAL ENGINEER'S <br />REPORT AND INTENT TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROTESTS <br />RELATED TO THE ANNUAL LEVYING OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE <br />LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />In July of 1983 the City Council adopted the formation of the <br />Landscape and Public Lighting Facilities District No. 1. The <br />following year the city initiated annexations and assessments to <br />297 units. Since that time the district has formed 8 benefit zones <br />of which 4 zones are <br />each of those 4 zones <br />benefit from Landscap <br />e <br />DISCUSSION <br />currently being assessed.
