The candidate being referred for Council ratification meets the education and experience <br />requirements as specified in the job description. <br />FINANCIAL M[PACT: This is a grant funded position and is funded for the 1996-97 fiscal year as <br />follows: Account No. 100-6070-6086-1040 (salaries -temporary). <br />Bernard O.
