EAST OF LA CADENA DR. <br />DATE: NOVEMBER 4, 2002 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On October 15, 2002, the City Council of the City of Colton adopted Resolution No. R-124-02 <br />declaring the intention to vacate a portion of that certain alleyway located south of Valley Blvd. and <br />east of La Cadena Drive. <br />ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />Resolution No. R-124-02 set the Council meeting of November 19, as the time and place for all <br />persons interested in or objecting to such vacation to appear before the City Council and offer <br />evidence in relation thereto. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that unless sufficient protest have been made by members of the public, Council <br />approve the attached resolution, ordering the vacation of this portion of the alleyway. <br />Attachments: Resolution, Plat <br />Report prepared by Brian Baden, Engineering Technician B <br />REVIEW TEAM ONLY <br />City Attorney: Finance Director: <br />4 <br />City Manager: OTHER: <br />
