Item #4A <br />AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. 815 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF <br />COLTON MAKING CERTAIN ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS, <br />CERTIFYING A FINAL PROGRAM ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, <br />PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT, <br />REGARDING THE PROPOSED LA CADENA CORRIDOR <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, APPROVING THE LA CADENA CORRIDOR <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN RELATED <br />ACTIONS <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton (the "Agency") is <br />considering the adoption of a redevelopment plan for the La Cadena Corridor (the <br />"Redevelopment Plan"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Agency has adopted and made available for public inspection rules <br />regarding owner participation in connection with the Redevelopment Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agency submitted the Redevelopment Plan to the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Colton and received the Planning Commission's report on and positive <br />recommendation for adoption of the Redevelopment Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan by the Agency is a "Project" under <br />the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Resources Code Sections 21000, et seq. <br />("CEQA"), requiring environmental review in accordance with CEQA (Public Resources Code <br />Section 21065 and Title 14 California Code of Regulations Section 15378); and <br />WHEREAS, the Agency is the public agency with the principal responsibility for <br />carrying out the Redevelopment Plan; and <br />48 16-6214-96311 <br />
