After additional discussion, moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolution No. 4341 and recommenda- tions of Staff. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 4341 ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON INDICATING ITS INTENT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF OBLIGATIONS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IPJ FINANCING A MULTI -FAMILY RENTAL HOUSING PROJECT. Mr. Ralph Sparr, Colton, gave the Council Members copies of his letter relating to Assessment District No. 79-1, stating he hoped that the Council would take his comments into consideration. Fire Chief Ron Gemmell reminded the Council Members about Ground Break- ing ceremonies for Fire Station No. 3. CLOSED SESSION: N The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:29 p. m., to discuss CY) Personnel Matters, and reconvened at 8:49 p. m., all Members present. RECESS: Q Q The City Council recessed at 8:50 P. m., in order to take up the busi- ness of the Redevelopment Agency. Mayor Huntoon called the City Council back in session at 9:05 p. m. Mayor Huntoon stated the purpose of this protion of the Council Meet- ing is to consider the Budget. Councilwoman Cisneros stated that she would suggest that the Council meet on Monday to take on the business of the budget. Councilwoman Cisneros said there are a number of items that she needs time to look into, one of them being the proposal and job description for the Secre- tary III just handed to us. Mayor Huntoon stated that the City Manager has requested a written note from the Council specifying which budget items are of concern to us. ADJOURNMENT: Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios and unani- mously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 9:09 p. m., to meet for an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Monday, June 27, 1983, at 5:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
