CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:10 p. m., to discuss Meet and Confer Matters, and reconvened at 8:50 p. m., all Members present. COUNCIL MEETING JANUARY 17, 1984 A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Huntoon presiding. Mayor Huntoon led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Huntoon. Also present were City Manager Elliott, City At- torney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. CONSENT CALENDAR: Mayor HuntDon announced that Item No. 3, Bonds/Financing, and Item No. 9, Bids, would be removed from the Consent Calendar and dis- cussed under the City Manager's Reports and Recommendations. (1) Minutes January 3, 1984. (2) Warrants 32827 through 33077 112297 through 112504 January 12, 1984, inclusive. (3) Agreements Authorization to enter into a Common Use Agreement with the San Bernardino County Flood Control District. (4) Agreements Authorization to enter into Agreement with the City of San Bernardino for the rehabilitation of Hunts Lane. (5) Bids Award of Bid to Royal Truck Body, .$6,461.76, for Animal Collection Body. (6) Bids Award of Bid to Unimasco, Inc., $31,489.12, for Paint Striping Machine.
