COUNCIL MEETING <br />JANUARY 52 1988 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on <br />the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, <br />Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was given by Pastor Stephen Anderson, Healing Waters Church. <br />Rl1T_T rAT T • <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. R-1-88, setting charges for equipment <br />rental for Public Works. <br />(4) Agreements <br />Approval of Second Amended Agreement for Cooperation between <br />the Colton Joint Unified School District, the Redevelopment <br />Agency for the City of Colton, and the City of Colton, Santa <br />Ana River Redevelopment Project. <br />(5) Claims <br />John B. Schwartz, Mary Ellen Drago, Robin Rene Perry, versus <br />the City of Colton. Recommend denial. <br />(6) City Treasurer/Finance <br />Consider RESOLUTION NO. R-2-88, increasing City's Fee for <br />Returned Check Charge. <br />(7) Deferred Compensation <br />Adopt RESOLUTION NO. R-3-88, modifying existing Deferred Com- <br />pensation Plan and adding the ICMA Retirement Corporation as <br />Alternative Plan Administrator. <br />1 <br />
