COUNCIL MEETING <br />April 16, 1991 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:39 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Sotelo, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />April 2, 1991 - Regular Meeting <br />(2) Warrants <br />102467 - 102893, 168075 - 168255 <br />168256 - 168431 <br />April 12, 1991 <br />(3 ) Bids <br />Authorization to Acquire Sole Source Flow Meters for City of <br />Colton Waste Treatment Plant. <br />(4) Bids <br />Award of Bid for Carnegie Library/Museum, C.D.B.G. Phase, to <br />Thayer Electric in the amount of $5,724.00. <br />(5) Public Hearings <br />Set for Public Hearing on May 7, 1991, Amendment of Rent <br />Stabilization Ordinance No. 0-19A-89. <br />(6) Agreements <br />Authorization to Approve Memorandum of Understanding with <br />San Bernardino County for Reche Canyon Channel Drainage <br />Study and Fee Analysis and Selection of the Consulting Firm <br />of Huitt-Zollars & Associates to Perform said Study. <br />(7) Contract <br />Authorization to Proceed with Phase II of FY 90-91 Street <br />Paving Contract and to Expand Existing Contract to include <br />Additional Services and Street. <br />(8 ) Claims <br />Rancho Mills Apartments (Clint Butler), Barbara Duke and <br />Carlos Rivera vs. City of Colton.
