COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 2, 1991 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Stratton, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and Deputy City Clerk Veralrud. Absent was City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Warrants <br />105184 - 105627, 105631 - 105765 <br />170369 - 170566 <br />June 27, 1991 <br />(2 ) Bids <br />Award of Bid, General Electric Supply Company, for Annual Con- <br />tract for Miscellaneous Electrical Material, 7/1/91-6/30/92. <br />(3) Contracts <br />Award of Contract, Hogar Publishing Company, for printing and <br />graphic of Community Newsletter, two-year period. <br />(4) Street Closure <br />Request from Praise Temple Christian Fellowship for street <br />closure of M Street, between La Cadena Drive and 9th Street, <br />Sunday, July 14, 1991, from 6:00 to 8:00 p. m. <br />(5) Traffic/Engineering <br />Approval of recommendation from Traffic Committee for Appro- <br />priation of Funds, in the amount of $25,000, to pay for <br />Traffic Engineer fees for Fiscal Year 1990-91. <br />(6 ) Bids <br />Award of Bid, Sonora Construction, $19,400, for Missing Link <br />Sidewalks and Wheelchair Ramps, City Project #PW90-2. <br />(7) Air Conditioning <br />Renovation of existing air conditioning system servicing the <br />Finance Department and City Manager's office, and authorize <br />expenditure in the amount of $7,000. <br />(8 ) Deferred Compensation Plan <br />Consider RESOLUTION NO. R-65-91, appointing Director of <br />Finance as Deferred Compensation Plan Administrator. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar.
