CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCYICOLTON UTILITY <br />AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES <br />October 21, 2003 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 5:05 p.m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Ramos, Hernandez, Chastain and Mayor <br />Bennett. CM De La Rosa and Zamora appeared at 5:09 p.m. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss Item A and B, with request for correction to typographical error on Item B, which <br />should read 54956.9(b). <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) <br />Number of Potential Cases: 1 <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) <br />Number of Potential Cases: 1 <br />At 5:07 p.m. Mayor Bennett adjourned the meeting to Closed Session and at 6:05 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Closed Session on Items A <br />and B with no reportable action. <br />A.
