CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MARCH 15,2005 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:06 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Ramos <br />presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Mitchell, Chastain and Mayor Pro Tempore Ramos. <br />Mayor Bennett and Councilmember De La Rosa arrived at 5:16 p.m. Councilmember <br />Hernandez absent. <br />City Attorney Derieth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />item A. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />Name of Case: City of Colton v. American Promotional Events, Inc. - West, et al.; <br />US District Court, Central District of California, Eastern Division <br />Case No.: CV05 01479 DDP (Ex.) <br />City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:07 p.m. and at 6:03 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Item A with no reportable action. <br />A.
