CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />OCTOBER 18, 2005 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:07 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Ramos <br />presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Ramos, Suchil, Chastain, De La Rosa, Hernandez and <br />Mayor Bennett. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />item A. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Anthony Arroyo <br />Employee Organizations: IBEW (Electric) and SBPEA (Mid Manager's Unit), Fire <br />City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:08 p.m. and at 6:06 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Item A with no reportable action. <br />A.
