CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />JANUARY 17, 2006 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:08 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain, De La Rosa, Hernandez, and <br />Mayor Bennett. <br />City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss item A. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - POTENTIAL LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(3)(A) <br />Number of Potential Cases: 1 <br />City Attorney Martinez adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:10 p.m. and at 6:05 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore, and CM De La Rosa absent <br />from the dais. <br />City Attorney Martinez reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Item A. <br />A.
