CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />DECEMBER 5, 2006 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:04 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Chastain presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Hernandez, Mitchell, Ramos, Suchil and Mayor Pro Tempore <br />Chastain. Mayor Bennett and Councilmember De La Rosa absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />item A. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. Oakridge <br />Case Number: United States District Court Case No. EDCV 02-447 <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a) <br />Name of Case: Calmat Co., Inc. dba Vulcan Materials, et al. v.
