No person shall practice or solicit, advertise or <br />91;� purport to practice, as a business or for any consideration, fee, <br />10 donation, gratuity, reward or compensation, any art or calling <br />ll which seeks or purports to predict or foretell future events or <br />l2 <br />the fate or future acts or fortunes of any nation, business, <br />l3 � <br />group or persons or individual, or which attempts or promises <br />14 <br />to bring about, cause, result in or influence the achievement <br />16 <br />or performance of some personal or economic objective, by analysis <br />17 II of parts, products or personal characteristics of a person, or <br />I! <br />18 ii by analysis of any animate or inanimate object including but not 1 <br />1911 limited to, celestal body, crystal ball, tea leaves, or playing <br />'I i <br />i <br />20 <br />j or other cards, or through the exercise of any purported psychic, <br />i, <br />21 <br />I! mediumistic, prophetic, occult, clairvoyant or supernatural power. <br />22 <br />b.
