RESOLUTION NO. 2843 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Colton has submitted to the City Council of the City <br />of Colton, a resolution relating to the application of <br />Hugo Neu-Proler Company for Conditional Use Permit to <br />allow the construction of a Salvage Scrap Iron Yard on <br />the southwest corner of Mt. Vernon and "M" Street; and <br />WHEREAS, Planning Commission does recommend <br />to the City Council approval of the Conditional Use <br />Permit subject to certain conditions set forth in Res- <br />olution No. 536; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />has read the resolution and is familiar with the con- <br />tents thereof, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />made a part thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City <br />Council that the Planning Commission Resolution No. 536 <br />be approved subject to the amendment of Condition 1 <br />which shall be set forth in said resolution to read as <br />follows: <br />1. A solid fence 8 feet high (minimum) cyclone <br />fence intertwined with redwood slat shall <br />be placed around the property and maintained <br />in a neat and orderly condition. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 5th day of <br />December, 1967. <br />PASCUAL S.
