RESOLUTION NO. 3774 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CONSOLI- DATING PROCEEDINGS FOR FORMATION OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. CITY OF COLTON WHEREAS, this City Council, in response to a petition executed by, certain property owners, has instituted proceedings for the for- mation of a special assessment district pursuant to the terms and provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 19.13", being Divi- sion 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, to be financed through bonds to issue under the.terms and provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Division 7 of said Cade, saidspecialassessment district then designated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 77--1 (COOLEY DRIVE, PHASE II) (hereinafter referred to as the ."Assessment District"); and, r I WHEREAS, the City Council did, on the 6th day of December, 1977, adopt the following Resolutions relating to said Assessment District: a. Resolution No. 3751, Resolution Making Findings on Petition and Waiver; b. Resolution No. 3752, Resolution Desig- nating Persons to Perform Duties; c. Resolution No. 3753, Resolution Adopting Proposed Boundary Map; d. Resolution No. 3754, Resolution of Intention; and, WHEREAS, at this time this City Council is considering the formation of a special assessment district in the same general ,area for improve- ments of mprovements`of a similar nature, said special assessment district to be designated ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 78-1 (hereinafter referred to as "Assessment District No. 78-1"; and, WHEREAS, it is hereby determined to be in the best public interest and to be best interests of the property owners to consolidate into a single comprehensive scheme of improvements all the work as pre- viously contemplated for Assessment District No. 77-1 and those improvements now.contemplated for Assessment District No. 78-1, into a single proceedings, to be hereinafter referred to as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 78-1
