There <br />were several concerns from local residents who indicated that they were concerned E <br />about street parking, fencing, and they protested the idea of connecting Hunter Road <br />to Mill Street. Both the fencing and Hunter Road to Mill Street issues were explained to <br />the rrotesters' satisfaction. The Planning Commission denied the request due to <br />insufficient street parking. The Owner, who also happens to be a Planning Commis- P <br />signer, could not represent himself due to a conflict of interest The project therefore <br />never received positive input from the applicant. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: n <br />The applicant is requesting City Council approval to allow the subdivision of one (1) par- V <br />cel of approximately 2.5 acres into twelve (12) single-family lots. All lots exceed the min- <br />imum 7.200 square foot requirement, with lot widths and depths meeting or exceeding <br />the minimum requirements of 60 feet wide by 100 feet deep. The houses will range in <br />size from 1,500 square feet to 2,000 square feet, and will meet all setback require- <br />ments.
