Aguilera, Director of Community DevelopmentlfY <br />SUBJECT: Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 0-11-91, Amending Ordinance <br />No. O -19A-89 to Provide for Stabilization of Rents for Mobile Home Park <br />Spaces. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council approved the first reading of Ordinance 0-11-91 during their meeting of <br />July 16, 1991. No opposition was registered.
