CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting ofMarch 17, 1992 <br />TO: Honorable May an&C'uncil <br />FROM:Ma y Manager <br />SUBJECT: <br />Establishment Of The Utility Department <br />Date: 3/10/92 <br />After careful consideration I hereby recommend that the Council establish <br />a Utility Department comprised of the Water and Sewer Divisions. This <br />action is necessary to provide the leadership needed to address <br />significant technical and management issues with this organization.
