CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of May 5, 1992 <br />TO: Honorable//M r and City Council <br />FROM: Jac( hroeder Interim Public Utilities Director <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Agreement with the County of San Date: April 27, 1992 <br />Bernardino Flood Control for the NPDES Storm Water <br />Permit and FY92-93 Costs <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On February 4, 1992 a report was presented to Council regarding the agreement with <br />the County of San Bernardino Flood Control District for the implementation of the NPDES <br />Storm Water Permit. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The County of San Bernardino Flood Control District has estimated the cost of <br />implementing the NPDES Storm Water Permit at $800,000 with the City of Colton's co - <br />permittee share at $24,400 for FY92-93. The draft agreement has been reviewed by staff <br />and the City Attorney for corrents and recon endations. The attached final agreement <br />has been submitted to all co -permittees for approval. <br />FINANCIAL IfvPACT: <br />The monitoring, administrative and permit costs are shared on the basis runoff co- <br />efficient adjusted acreage.
