CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting October 20, 1992 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works' ate: 10/13/92 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF PARCEL MAP 14405 4'SINGLETARY <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The tentative parcel map 14405 consists of (2) two parcels and a <br />remainder parcel. Parcel Map 14405 is part of the Southwest <br />annexation 44, which has been recently accepted into the City of <br />Colton. The project is located on the Westerly side of Pellisier <br />Street and Southerly of the Highgrove Storm Channel. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The owner of the parcels, G.W. Singletary, is requesting final <br />acceptance of the map. The map conforms substantially to the <br />requirements of the City. All conditions of approval have been or <br />will be compiled with before recordation. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />ENVIRONMENT IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council approve Parcel Map 14405 subject to <br />Singletary providing Street dedication on Pellisier and meeting the <br />requirements of Water an .Se er service. <br />Concurrence' G' l <br />D1: FINAGEN `�� �--- <br />
