Lavin, Water Utilities Manager j <br />*4 <br />SUBJECT: Date: <br />Approval of Resolution Dedicating Source of <br />Revenue for State Revolving Fund Loan <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Cities of Colton and San Bernardino applied for State Revolving Funds Loan for <br />the Rapid Infiltration Extraction (RIX) Project. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The State of California has requested that the Cities of Colton and San Bernardino <br />provide a resolution dedicating a source of funds for the payment of the State <br />Revolving Fund Loan. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council adopt the attached Resolution dedicating a source <br />of revenue to repay the State Revolving Fund Loan for the RIX project. <br />LJllj <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENCE: <br />Attachments: <br />Page i of Item No. <br />
