<br />A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date in the Council Chambers
<br />in the Civic Center, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, at 5:50 p.m. , Mayor Huntoon pre-
<br />siding.
<br />Notice of Special Meeting was given on February 20, 1975, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956.
<br />ROLL CALL:
<br />Council members present were Hayes, Spragins, Rehrer, Gonzales, and Mayor Huntoon. Also present were Acting
<br />City Manager George Williams, and City Attorney Hutton.
<br />Agreement for S.B.T.S. Funds
<br />Mayor Huntoon stated the Special Meeting was called to discuss a proposed Agreement designed to designate a
<br />recipient of Section V Federal Transit Funds for the balance of this Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1975.
<br />On motion of Councilwoman Spragins, seconded by Councilman Hayes and unanimously passed, the Council author-
<br />ized Mayor Huntoon to request that Mayor W. R. Holcomb, Chairman of San Bernardino Transit System, sign the
<br />Agreement for Federal Transit Funds, pursuant to Section V.
<br />Letter to Mrs . Gerald Pettis
<br />On motion of Councilman Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Hayes and unanimously passed, the Council approved
<br />sending a letter of condolence to Mrs . Jerry L. Pettis from the members of the City Council on the recent death of
<br />her husband.
<br />ADTOURNMENT:
<br />There being no further business to come before the City Council at this time, on motion of Councilman Hayes,
