<br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting
<br />of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at
<br />5:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding.
<br />Council members present were Cisneros, Rehrer, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present
<br />were City Manager Calabrese, City Attorney Edwards and City Clerk Ramos. Absent
<br />was Councilman Hayes. (Due to death in family)

<br />Mayor Gonzales read a memorandum from Councilman Hayes, which stated that he,
<br />Councilman Hayes, had reviewed the budget and after careful consideration would
<br />support adoption of the budget with Alternate B.
