ORDINANCE NO. 1549 EXECUTIVE SESSION: 139 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA ADDING CHAPTER 9.30 TO TITLE 9 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING ALARM SYSTEMS AND TECH- NICAL AND BUSINESS REGULATIONS RELATED THERETO, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1530. Council adjourned to Executive Session at 8:52 p.m. The Council re- convened at 9:23 p.m all members present. Mayor Gonzales announced the City Council had met in executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to authorize an Acturial Study on PERS. Unanimous vote. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Mrs. Pauline Garcia, 409 East 4th Street, addressed the Council to request permission to use Municipal Park for a Family Reunion on September 7, 1978, and to allow music until 10:00 p.m. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to authorize the use of Municipal Park on September 7, 1978 for a Family Reunion and to allow music until 10:00 p.m. Unanimous vote. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Gonzales stated he would very much like to hold a joint meeting with the Parks and Recreation Commission for the purpose of establishing programs and priorities for the Hutton Community Center and the Luque Multi -Purpose Center. On motion of Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, and unanimously passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 9:33 p.m., to meet at 7:00 p.m on Monday, September 11, 1978 with the Parks and Recreation Commission.
