City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 1531 for First Reading, read- ing it as to number and title only: ORDINANCE NO. 1531 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON First Reading- AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1499 AND CHAPTER 9.13 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO BINGO GAMES. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Gonzales, to waive further reading of Ordinance No. 1531. Vote was unanimous. Condemnations Expense Report Mr. Edwards referred to a memorandum dated February 2, 1978, from the City CD Clerk, requesting that the City Council set the date of Tuesday, February 21, Co 1978, for public hearing to consider the Building Official's Condemnation and Demolition Expense Report, and any protests or objections thereto, Q as provided in Section 1602 of the Uniform Housing Code.
