Moved by Councilman Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to waive further reading of Ordinance No. 1528. Unanimous vote. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to adopt Ordi- nance No. 1528. Vote was unanimous. ORAL COMMUNTCAT MN'�- Kevin Kersey, representing the Colton Post 245 of the Police Department, spoke to the Council Members on their "Blow the Whistle on Crime" program, and presented each Council Member with a key chain containing a whistle for their use, and ad- vised that; these whistles can be purchased from any Scout at the Police Department.
