City Properties Repainting Civic Center Mr. Calabrese presented to the Council Members color charts for review and assistance in deciding the colors for painting the interior of the Civic Center, and advised that the Contractor has recommended Navajo White for up- keep, touch-ups, etc. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Mayor Gonzales, approving color of Navajo White for repainting the interior of the Civic Center. Unanimous vote. Local Agency Formation Commission Colton Sphere of Influence 233 Mr. Calabrese reported on Resolution No. 3904, which requests amendment of the adopted Sphere of Influence for the City of Colton, and which will accompany a formal application to be submitted to the Local Agency Formation Commission, to include Area 1 - south of Washington Street, north of the Gage Canal, east and west of Center Drive; and Area 2 - La Loma Hills area west of La Cadena Drive, in the Sphere of Influence for the City of Colton. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Resolu- tion No. 3904.
