City Attorney Edwards advised there is a provision in the ordinance to hold a public hearing on the Catagory 3 Priority, and Staff would recommend that the hearing be set for Tuesday, December 2, 1980. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to set for Public Hearing, on Tuesday, December 2, 1980, at 7:30 p. m., Catagory 3 Priority of Ordinance No. 1595. Unanimous vote. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 8:35 p. m., to discuss Matters of Personnel and possible Litigation, and reconvened at 9:11 p. m., all Members present.
