CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:14 p. m., to discuss Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and re- convened at 9:32 p. m., all Members present. Mr. Benest stated he would like Council's ratification of appointment of Paul Connolly as Police Chief and Ruby Andengaard as Finance Direc- tor. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, ratify- ing appointment of Paul Connolly as Police Chief. Unanimous vote. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, ratifying appointment of Ruby Andengaard as Finance Director. Unanimous vote.
