SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 18, 1989 A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, at 6:30 p.m., Mayor Gonzales presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on April 14, 1989, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. RnT.T. rAT.T. Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. CLOSED SESSION: Lo The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 6:31 p. m., to discuss C) Pending Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c), re- garding'Eminent Domain 'Proceedings, Coelho property at Rancho Avenue coW and Agua Mansa Road, and r 1. e 11 convened at 7:44' p. m.., all Members present.
