ORDINANCE NO. <br />159 <br />0-25-89 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />(Second Reading) ADDING SECTION 7.08.021 TO CHAPTER 7 OF THE <br />COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING WAIVER OF CERTAIN <br />DOG LICENSE FEES. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to pass <br />Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-25-89. Unanimous vote. <br />RECESS <br />The City Council recessed at 8:40 p. m., to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:50 p. m., <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:50 p. m., to discuss <br />Labor Relations, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6; Personnel <br />Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, pertaining to <br />Workers Compensation Case, 88SBR139952;139953 1000-88-0004; and Poten- <br />tial Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1), and <br />reconvened at 10:05 p. m. all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Rehrer and unanimously <br />passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the Meeting at 10:05 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
