Notice of Special Meeting was given on February 7, 2018, in compliance with Government Code Section 54954.2. FLAG SALUTE: Mayor DeLaRosa CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were Toro (appeared at 5:04 p.m.), Cisneros, Navarro, González, Mayor Pro Tem Woods, Suchil, and Mayor DeLaRosa. STAFF PRESENT City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla PUBLIC COMMENT None DISCUSSION ITEMS (1) Mid-Year Budget Review – It is recommended that the City Council adopt a Resolution authorizing the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2017-18 Budget; that the Colton Utility Authority Board adopt a Resolution authorizing the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2017- 18 Budget; and, that the Colton Housing Authority Board adopt a Resolution authorizing the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2017-18 Budget to include certain necessary adjustments, RESOLUTION NOS. R-19-18, CUA-01-18, AND CHA-01-18.
