CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) <br />Carissa Green v. City of Colton, <br />San Bernardino S.C., Case No. CIVDS 1705872 <br /> <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) <br />Robert Drey v. City of Colton <br />Workers Compensation Case No. ADJ11207701 and ADJ11207184 <br />ITEM PULLED FROM THE CLOSED SESSION AGENDA AND NOT DISCUSSED <br /> <br />C. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, Property APN: 0164-242-06; <br />Negotiating Parties: Bill Smith, Arthur Morgan, Carlos Campos; <br />Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Purchase <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. and at 6:01 p.m., the meeting <br />reconvened, with all members present heretofore. <br /> <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council did meet in Closed Session and discussed Item A: with <br />direction to staff and no reportable action; Item C: will continue to be discussed after the adjournment of the <br />Regular Council Meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
