2016 JUNE 09 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA SPECIAL MEETING - 1 - <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> FOR THE CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />June 9, 2016 <br /> <br />A Special Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:03 p.m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, with Mayor Richard DeLaRosa presiding. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Toro, Jorrin, Navarro, González, Bennett (absent), MPT Suchil, <br />and Mayor DeLaRosa. <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith and City Clerk Padilla. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />JUNE 9, 2016. <br /> <br />GIFT DISCLOSURES <br />Mayor DeLaRosa asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br /> <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />Mayor DeLaRosa asked the members present if there were any brief reports on meetings <br />attended at the expense of the City. (GC Section 53232.3(d). None disclosed. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />(1) Fiscal Year 2016-17 Budget Workshop. <br />City Manager Smith made opening comments. Budget Workshop IV; it is the last scheduled <br />workshop; with the news on Measure D we will consider a final draft budget for Council to <br />review; also brought back a couple of items which Council requested; positions and things of <br />that nature; we are hoping at the end of the meeting a budget format that is about finished so we <br />can bring it to Council for the June 21, 2016 Council Meeting and have the budget passed as an <br />administrative item; we would like to have all the Council’s questions addressed and finalized. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
