ADJOURNED CIT Y COUNCIL MEETING <br />JANUARY 21, 1995 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Ad3ourned Regular <br />Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />iven date at 8:00 A. M., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor <br />Tulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Magor Fulp led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br />INVOCATION <br />Mayor Fu.lp celled upon Rev. Stephen Anderson for invocation. <br />ROLL CALL 4 <br />eunci . embers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, Sanders, <br />Beltran and Mayor Fu . a Also present were City Attorney Biggs, City <br />Manager Martinez, and City Clerk Ramos <br />Mayor Pulp recognized Mr. George Aguilar, Chairman of the San Bernardino <br />Valley Municipal Water District and Mr. Ray Abri l , School Beard Member. <br />AGENDAREVIEW: <br />Decorum <br />City Attorney Biggs admonished the assembly about decorum to he observed <br />at this meeting. <br />Addition to & ends <br />City Attorney Biggs advised that a matter was brought to her attention <br />wherein an emergency situation exists and that there is a need to add <br />the item to this agenda under Closed Session. City Attorney Biggs <br />advised that this action would require two-thirds vete of the City <br />Council to allow that this matter he added and considered. <br />Matson by Councilmember Bennett, seconded by Ceuncilme bar Sandoval, to <br />fid that an emergency situation exists as defined in Government Cede <br />Section 54956 o 5, which requires that the City Council add the certain <br />.tem under Closed Session for its consideration today.
