CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 269 1998 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Colton was held on the above date, at 6:49 P. M., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Gaytan presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Pledge of Allegiance led by CM Sanders. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation offered by CM Chastain. <br />A moment of silence was observed in memory of Bob Blinkensop. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />P�£SE'7l7 <br />CM Donald J. Sanders <br />CM Betty L. Cook <br />CM James B. Grimsby <br />Mayor Karl E. Gaytan <br />City Manager Garcia <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />CM Kelly J. Chastain <br />CM Deirdre H. Hutton <br />City Clerk Barrera <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />Mayor Gaytan announced that City Council would meet in Closed Session to address Item "C" <br />continued from the Regular Meeting Agenda of May 19, 1998. <br />A. CONFERENCE REGARDING PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 <br />Position Title: Fire Chief <br />RECESS: <br />At 6:54 P.M., the meeting was declared adjourned to Closed Session and at 7:15 P.
