CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />JULY 21, 1998 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above given date at 6:12 P. M., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Gaytan, presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Pledge of Allegiance led by Acting Police Chief Crowe. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation offered by Chaplain Glen Harris <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PRESET? <br />CM Donald J. Sanders <br />CM Betty L. Cook <br />CM James B. Grimsby <br />City Manager Garcia <br />Mayor Karl E. Gaytan <br />City Clerk Barrera <br />CM Kelly J. Chastain <br />CM Deirdre H. Bennett <br />(Reported at 9:18 P.M.) <br />CM John C. Hutton <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />RDA CLOSED SESSION <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by Chairperson Sanders/Member Cook to move the <br />Redevelopment Agency Closed Session items forward as legal counsel are present carried with no <br />objection. <br />Having previously announced the Closed Session items for RDA, Agency Counsel Carvalho <br />announced that the Agency/Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss with Legal Counsel <br />a potential matter of litigation, along with a conference with the real property negotiator on three <br />different properties - (1) TMI, (2) G and H Streets and lop and 11' Streets, and (3) 1700 West <br />Boulevard. <br />RECESS <br />At 6:20 P. M., Mayor Gaytan adjourned the meeting to RDA Closed Session and at 6:54 P.
