Grimsby <br />City Attorney Derleth <br />)o Proclamation read declaring National DECA Week and honoring Bloomington High School <br />and its DECA Members. <br />)0- Colton Woman's Club Representatives Ruth Brunner and Betty Daniels announced a <br />fundraising event for scholarship funds. <br />YMM 14 IVDA/LAMBRA: <br />MOTION/VOTE: Mayor Gaytan moved to advance Agenda Item 14 regarding IVDA. CM <br />Cook seconded the motion and said motion carried with no opposition to the motion. <br />Alex Estrada, Senior Project Manager for SBIAA and IVDA, described the LAMBRA <br />designation. <br />City Council Mins February 16, 1999 <br />
