CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />APRIL 04, 2000 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 6:19 P. M., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett, presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />RDA Program Manager Greg Lantz led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION <br />Chaplain Kim Starr gave the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PRESENT <br />CM Richard A. DeLaRosa <br />CM Betty L. Cook <br />ABSENT <br />CM Donald J. Sanders <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />Assistant City Manager Parrish <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />CM Kelly J. Chastain <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Deirdre H. Bennett <br />City Clerk Barrera <br />CM James B. Grimsby <br />City Attorney Derleth <br />➢ Presentation made honoring Pauline Roque and Margie Ramirez for their employee <br />participation in the United Way Program. Mrs. Roque and Mrs. Ramirez accepted. <br />➢ Proclamation read declaring April 10-15, 2000, as National Library Week. City Librarian <br />Davis accepted. <br />➢ The City Council honored Rosemary Colunga for her State award as Woman of the Year for <br />the 62nd Assembly District. Supervisor Jerry Eaves presented a resolution from the Board of <br />Supervisors. Miss Rosemary Colunga accepted. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Marty Johnson, representing Performance Water Meters, spoke about his company's products. <br />City Council Mins April 4, 2000 1 <br />
