Bennett <br />City Attorney Derleth <br />✓ Proclamation — National Alcohol & Drug Addiction Recovery Month <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />MAYOR'S ITEMS: <br />Consideration of Ordinance concerning Gift limitations and Campaign Contributions. <br />Discussion followed on setting up limitations on gifts and campaign contributions, <br />recommendations were made for proposed changes to current state law such as limit <br />gifts to $200. Staff was directed to provide at next meeting examples of procedures <br />used by other government agencies such as IVDA and SANBAG, County code of ethics <br />adopted, their policy reviewing real estate, the hiring practices and how they establish <br />programs for consideration of proposed changes. <br />1 <br />
