Ramos <br />CM John Mitchell <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Parrish <br />City Clerk Barrera <br />CITY CLERK'S ITEM <br />CANVASS OF ELECTION: <br />Special Municipal Election <br />CM Kelly J. Chastain <br />CM Sarah S. Zamora <br />Mayor Deirdre Bennett <br />City Attorney Derleth <br />Motion and second by CM Ramos/De La Rosa to approve and adopt the resolution by City <br />Clerk Barrera, reciting the fact of the Special Municipal Election held on March 5, 2002, <br />declaring the result and such other matters as provided by law, RESOLUTION NO. R-43-02. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br />Mayor Deirdre H. Bennett called the newly elected Councilmember, Ramon M.
